Touch Events API – Chrome Browser

An update to Chrome Browser made on the 16th of October 2018 turns off the support for Touch Events in the browser by default; this can cause some problems with Contribute Cloud. Dont worry, there is an easy fix.

In your browser address bar type the following chrome://flags

You then need to scroll down until you find the Touch Events API and click on “enable”

You then need to restart the browser using the button that appears in the bottom right of the screen.

We’ll be incorporating a fix into the software in the next few days to work around this.
