The first thing to do is to recalibrate. If you have not touched every cross-hair or not been accurate in your selections, this will eliminate this problem. If after recalibration there is still an issue, check that you have a nice square image filling as much of the TouchIT Board as possible. Adjust the image, then recalibrate again.
