Firstly, check that you have connected both ends of the USB cable, one to the computer and second to the TouchIT Board. You should then check the the server is running, if it is there will be a green hand in the system tray of your computer (by the clock) This should be flashing red and green when it is looking for a TouchIT Board. If this does not connect, the we suggest that if possible you try on a second computer to make sure that the computer is not at fault.
