Well done to TouchIT sponsored Blisworth Eagles U7s who secured a 7-0 victory in their first home league game of the season. After a shaky start and being held to just 1-0 at half time, the Eagles found their feet in the second half and rounded up some nice goals, excellent passing and strong defending. Well done boys!
It was then onto Northampton Town to see a professional side in action. (Well, watch how a professional side can throw away a 2-0 lead and miss a penalty!) The Eagles had been selected for flag waving and a penalty shootout at half time on the pitch – great day had by all.
